Step 1: Introductory Call

We’ll identify your goals and the key trigger that brought you to Men In Motion. By understanding your challenges, we’ll sketch out a plan to overcome barriers and build on facilitators to help you succeed.

Step 2: Pick Your Plan

Choose a package that fits your goals and budget to kickstart your journey.

Step 3: Get Your Tools

You’ll receive logins for Teambuildr, Cronometer, as well as helpful guides. Start tracking your meals on Cronometer right away for feedback during your consultation. Your Teambuildr program will be finalised after your consultation to ensure it’s tailored to you.

Step 4: Online Consultation

We’ll dive deeper into your schedule, assess fitness levels, take measurements, and finalize your training plan. We’ll also review your diary on Cronometer and provide feedback.

Step 5: Start Training

Your Teambuildr program includes all the reps, sets, tips, and demo videos you’ll need to get started. If you’ve chosen the most popular or premium package, a personal trainer will guide you either online or in person. Stuck or unsure? Send us a message anytime—we’ve got you covered.
